We have the equipment to mill your lumber for you. For sanding we have a 52" 2 head wide belt sander. We also have 2 planers that are capable of planing lumber up to 24", a 16" chopsaw and a Madison 202 Straight line ripsaw.

    Normal planing:  
   
  • 4/4 to 8/4 lumber - 30 cents bd. ft. (4 passes max.)
  • $20 min. charge

    Normal Straight line Ripping:  
   
  • 1 edge 4/4 to 8/4 lumber - 15¢/bd. ft.
  • 2 edges 4/4 to 8/4 lumber - 30¢/bd. ft.

    Sanding with 52" Double Head Sander :  
   
  • $85/hr. for normal sanding. $135/hr. for wide slabs, volume sanding & heavy stock removal.
  • Minimum Sanding charge - $30.00
  
       
    Misc Millwork:  
   
  • $60 hr.
  
       
    Re-sawing:  
   
  • 16" wide maximum - $85/hr. for normal resawing.
  • Additional charges may apply for some wood species & volume cutting.
  • MInimum charge $30
